Hen Party Dance Class Swansea& Dance Classes in Swansea
One teacher, one hired room on Oystermouth Road — minutes from the Wind Street night out — and one routine invented on the day for your exact gang. The whole party dances for £185 (ninety minutes) or £160 (the hour), plus only the venue’s hire cost. Priced per head per party — however many of you come. Weekly adult classes and wedding first dances live here too.
croeso — bring the nans, bring the two left feet ✦
Our mission is simple: the whole hen party on the floor at once — mums, bridesmaids, refuseniks — learning a routine that exists only for your group, at a price that ignores headcount entirely.
Thirty-eight themes on the menu.
£185 + venue cost · whole groupPick the theme and the daytime plans itself: a hen do dance class fills the golden gap between brunch and Wind Street, and doubles as the best hen party activity for mixed ages — everyone can do it, nobody has to be good at it. Still herding hen party ideas in the group chat? A dance hen party is the one the whole age range says yes to — and every theme below is taught the same bespoke way.

Three minutes, rehearsed.
Private lessons for two anywhere from Mumbles to Carmarthen — your song, the nervous one’s pace, and a routine that survives an audience and a glass of fizz.
Heard on the way to Wind Street.
Twenty-two of us, ages nineteen to seventy-one, one Grease routine by half past three. Still no idea how she managed it.
The flat fee sold it — every other quote wanted so much a head and we were fourteen. This was one number, sorted.
They came out to our Gower cottage and taught us in the garden. The video reappeared at the wedding, obviously.

What does a Swansea hen party dance class cost, all in?+
Two honest numbers and nothing hiding behind them: £185 buys the whole group the ninety-minute session, £160 buys the hour, and the only addition is the venue's hire cost — quoted in writing before you confirm, and zero if we come to your hen house. Head-counting never enters it.
Where in Swansea does the class happen?+
In a proper room we hire on Oystermouth Road — a few minutes from Wind Street and the Marina, easy for a group scattered across town. Or the teacher drives to your hen weekend anywhere from Mumbles and Gower to Llanelli and Carmarthen.
Do you provide costumes, props or themed extras?+
No — dressing up belongs to the group (half the fun is the group chat arguing about it), and the class works exactly the same in leggings. We supply the teacher, the playlist and the speaker.
Half our party swears they can't dance a step. Problem?+
The opposite — they're who the format is built for. Your teacher arrives with no fixed routine and invents one on the day for the exact people in the room, pitched where the most nervous hen can catch it. No experience needed is the whole promise.
How far ahead should we book a Swansea date?+
Wind Street Saturdays and summer Gower weekends move fastest — six to eight weeks out keeps every theme open. Late dates do come off though, so a long-shot Saturday is always worth the form.
Is Swansea Dance Centre only for hen dos?+
Yes — a twenty-style adult class timetable launching by interest list (£10 a session, £32 for four weeks once live) and private wedding first-dance lessons from £75, taught anywhere in the Swansea catchment.
SA1 first, South West Wales always.
Hen classes run on Oystermouth Road, minutes from the Marina and the night out. Classes launch centrally as lists fill, and wedding lessons travel — Neath, Port Talbot, Llanelli, Bridgend, Carmarthen and every Gower lane in between.
The Saturday goes first. Claim it.
Send a date — rough counts, “a July weekend” counts — with a ballpark headcount, and a real person replies within the day: availability, the room, and both figures in writing, class fee and venue cost. Weekly classes? Name a style and you join its interest list instead.
